Generally, the PH concentration of Lash Lifting Step 1 is (9~10), making it highly alkaline. If the PH concentration is higher than 7, it is alkaline and damages hair. Even after neutralizing with Step 2, the alkali remains in the hair and continues to damage it. A pH concentration of around 5.5 is optimal for most hair types.

How to use


After eyelash perm step# 1 or step# 2, apply an appropriate amount of Snow Total Clinic step# 3 and wipe off after 3 to 5 minutes.

Two types of use
1. Apply separately on a palette or dish and apply with a brush.
2. Apply with the brush attached to the lid
