Shipping Policy and Times
Shipping cutoff for all carriers is 3:00pm EST, any orders received after this time will ship the next business day by 3:00pm EST. We are open Monday – Friday 9am – 3:00pm EST.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Once the delivery is confirmed, Amber Lash US is no longer responsible for the shipment.
Return Shipping Policy
We take pride in our customers and their loyalty! If you are not happy for any reason, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund. You can submit a Return Request in your account by logging in and going to “My Account” -> “Orders” Find your order under “Orders” and click on the link that says “Returning Items?” From here you can submit a return request for your item(s).

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please log in to the account used to place the order and submit a cancellation request through the Order menu as soon as possible.
Please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Amber Lash is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after they have been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with household members or neighbors.
- Contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim or request a delivery investigation.
- Contacting your local post office or carrier's customer service for additional assistance.
Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Amber Lash is not responsible for packages that are returned to the sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us for this reason:
- Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, the refund will be issued only for the product price, less any applicable shipping charges and processing fees.
